That is the address for everything: a brief that did not arrive, a refund, a feature you want, a bug, or a data protection request. There is no form and no ticket number. We usually reply within two working days.

If you are reporting a problem, it helps a lot to say which phone you are using, roughly when it happened, and what you expected instead. Most of the common ones are already answered on the support page.

Your data

Access, correction, export and deletion requests go to the same address and are answered within one month. You can also export or delete everything yourself from inside the app, under Settings, without asking us. The privacy policy sets out your rights in full, and deleting your account is explained separately.
